ABOUT / PROOF
NOTTINGHAM
IN FULL.
SNOWY is a Nottingham MC working across grime, 140 and bass music, with a voice and humour that could only come from home.
Across more than a decade of independent releases, radio, live shows and collaborations, he has taken Nottingham to BBC Radio 1Xtra, Red Bull Mic Flex and Tate Modern while building his own lane through Winner Stays On.
His catalogue reaches from solo records to work with Chimpo, Truth, Sleaford Mods, Barclay Crenshaw, Manga Saint Hilare, Visages and Notion. Away from the mic, ROOT2WIN helps create more routes into music and culture for young people in Nottingham.
